A Virtual Festival of Calm


Sunday April 18 from 12:AM to 11:59 Pm PDT, KCRW is hosting a FREE .. yes I said free, All-Day online wellness festival via Zoom, "24 Hours of Serenity."


The virtual festival of calm features all kinds of programming geared toward rejuvenating the mind and body including; a guided meditation with Valerie June and Garth Trinidad; music and resilience with Esperanza Spalding and Novena Carmel; soothing DJ sets by KCRW DJs Valida and Jeremy Sole, ambient music sets curated by dublab, art classes with Self Help Graphics, Qigong, Tai Chi, Yoga, Story Time with Bookworm’s Michael Silverblatt, DoLab sound baths, and much, much more.


This event is free and open to the public, with only an RSVP required to attend. The event Zoom link will stay the same for 24 hours so attendees can jump in and out of what interests them the most. Things get started in the wee-ist hour of Sunday morning and end at 11:59 PM on Sunday night. Attendees can drop by for one segment or stay for the whole 24 hours!

This is guaranteed, to be the chillest party you’ve ever been to. So breathe in, hold it, and breathe out.
